We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred time and stylist. However, we do accommodate walk-ins when possible, especially for blow-dries and quick treatments.
We understand plans change. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
Yes! We offer complimentary 15-minute consultations for colour services and major style changes. This allows us to assess your hair and discuss options before committing to a full appointment.
We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers for larger services. We also offer Klarna for services over £100.
